Travelers who stay with us will be able to use not only the space relevant to their accommodation but also a common area, where they can enjoy reading a good book and working on the PC, if they want to work outdoors, also including a play area for the little ones and a parking space. The following booking CONDITIONS make the management's work transparent: - 30% advance upon booking of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. - Balance of the stay upon delivery of the keys. - Deposit in cash or by credit card upon delivery of the keys. - Animals not allowed inside the accommodations with the exception of the PET Villas and upon specific request. - The price of the stay is formulated for a number of people requested at the time of the estimate, and therefore for the guests who will be registered. - The presence of unregistered occasional guests for stays or overnight stays in the accommodation is prohibited. From 9.00 pm the reception is closed, please contact the property to communicate any delays after 9.00 pm. The Customer can choose between the different accommodations available: Villetta Plus, Villetta Standard and Villetta Pet, the one he likes, according to the relative rates and services offered. The accommodations chosen by the Customer cannot be changed.
